Creventa
Creventa offers AI-powered event planning tools to simplify seating, guests, and event logistics.
Creventa is an event management technology company that automates the communication and data collection that happens between a confirmed booking and the event itself. Operating as invisible, white-label infrastructure, the platform sits in the workflow gap left by traditional property management systems like Delphi, taking over once a booking is confirmed and handling every granular detail venues need to deliver a polished event experience.
At the core of the technology is an automated guest engagement engine that sends personalised, fully venue-branded emails to attendees, then guides them through a white-labelled portal where they can RSVP, choose menu items, declare allergies and dietary requirements, pre-order drinks, and confirm seating preferences. A three-stage reminder cadence (at invite, seven days out, and two days out) is built in, alongside QR codes and shareability through Teams and WhatsApp so the experience scales gracefully from tech-confident corporate attendees to less digital audiences such as those at the Royal Opera House.
The services span the full pre-event lifecycle. A drag-and-drop table planner lets the delegated host (typically the venue's client) build seating diagrams visually, flag VIPs, speakers, accessibility needs, and children, and even delegate individual table management to "hosts" managing their own groups. All of that data then powers an automated reporting suite, including chef's reports, food pass and run sheets, front-of-house reports, fully customisable printable place cards, editable BEO and function sheets, guest lists, table plans, and drinks orders. Every report is generated at the press of Ctrl+P with zero manual typing, eliminating the spreadsheets, PDFs, and Word documents that traditionally circulate between operations, kitchen, and floor teams.
Allergen and dietary handling is a particular strength. The system is FSA compliant, tracks all 14 mandatory allergens plus any custom items a guest declares (such as tomato, kiwi, or pineapple), and cleanly separates lifestyle dietary preferences like vegan, halal, or kosher from medically significant allergies, producing a documented, audit-ready record that protects both guests and venues at a time when dietary volumes have doubled over the last decade.
What makes Creventa's approach unique is its deliberate invisibility. Where competitors put their own logos in front of guests, Creventa runs entirely behind the venue's brand, so the diner only ever sees the hotel, stadium, or restaurant they booked with. The platform's other distinguishing move is its delegated host model, which shifts data entry off the venue and onto the client (who is happy to do it because the alternative is a chain of spreadsheet emails) while keeping the venue in full control. Combined with native integrations into Delphi, Opera, iVvy, Amadeus, Adyen and Stripe for payments, and the IHG One loyalty scheme, Creventa slots into existing tech stacks rather than asking venues to replace them.
The commercial results back the positioning. Venues using the platform see roughly a 23% uplift in wet spend through pre-ordered drinks, approximately 20% less food waste thanks to accurate pre-orders, and 100% reporting accuracy because no human is rekeying data. The platform handles events from intimate dinners of ten guests up to 1,100-plus diner functions, and is in use across luxury hotels, football stadiums, country manors, and major hotel groups in the UK. In short, Creventa replaces the manual admin between booking and event with branded, automated, guest-facing infrastructure that the venue's customers never realise is there.
