PRODICTA: evidence-based hiring for UK recruiters, HR and employers via real-work assessments
PRODICTA is a UK pre-employment assessment platform that helps recruitment agencies, HR teams and direct employers hire on evidence rather than opinion. Instead of relying on CVs and interviews, which reveal how someone talks about their work, PRODICTA puts candidates into realistic job scenarios built from the actual role and measures how they perform under the pressures they would face in their first 90 days.
At its core is an AI engine that reads each job description, identifies what success in that specific role looks like, and generates tailored work scenarios accordingly. A care worker faces a safeguarding situation, an aerospace quality controller faces a traceability and release decision, a director faces a strategic one. Responses are scored against anchored behavioural rubrics rather than AI opinion, with each result weighted for the relevant role family and accompanied by confidence bands and human review triggers. Scoring is behaviour-only and Equality Act 2010 compliant, with no candidate penalised for spelling, grammar or writing style.
The platform offers assessments at four depths, from a rapid screen through to extended scenarios for senior or high-stakes hires, available on subscription or pay as you go. For agencies it adds placement protection through a Placement Survival Score, a client-ready Highlight Reel and a documented accountability trail. For HR and employers it provides an audit trail, probation early-warning and structured onboarding plans.
PRODICTA's distinctive approach is that it predicts performance and surfaces risks before a hire is made, giving every decision defensible, documented evidence. It is purpose-built for the Employment Rights Act 2025, under which hiring and early-stage dismissal decisions must rest on objective proof rather than informal judgement.
